Terms and Conditions for DDS WORLD

1. Event and Organizer

DDS WORLD is an innovative event format with exhibitions and workshops on digital dentistry. It will take place on June 26 and 27, 2026 at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Frankfurt am Main. The organizer is DDS WORLD GbR.

2. Registration

To register as a visitor, please complete the online form on the DDS WORLD website. Registrations must be received by no later than 8:00 a.m. on June 26, 2026. Registrations are valid only if submitted via the online portal and confirmed by the organizer. The organizer is not liable for damages resulting from incorrect information.

3. Speakers

Speakers must contribute topics that are appropriate for the event. Speakers must provide their personal data and presentation topics for promotional purposes. The organizer can decide whether a presentation is accepted and has the right to select presentations based on international origin and other factors. The speaker is responsible for the content of his presentation and warrants that he has all necessary rights of use.

4. Payment Terms

The registration fee is stated on the website. Complaints about payments must be made in writing within 14 days of receipt of the invoice. If the visitor files for bankruptcy or becomes insolvent, the organizer must be notified immediately. For cancellations made within 90 to 30 days prior to the event, the visitor will receive a refund of 50% of the fee. After that, there will be no refund.

5. Venue and Changes

The event will take place from 9:00 to 18:00. Changes to the schedule or venue may be made. In the event of force majeure, the event can be canceled or postponed.

6. Access to the Event

Only trade visitors and buyers are allowed. The organizer can control access and refuse entry to persons who do not meet the requirements.

7. Advertising

Advertising is only allowed with the consent of the organizer. The organizer assumes no liability for copyright infringement. The organizer can remove unauthorized advertising.

8. Image and Sound Recordings

Image and sound recordings of the events are only allowed under certain conditions. The organizer can use recordings for documentation purposes.

9. Liability, Insurance, and Claims

The organizer is not liable for damages caused by force majeure or other unforeseen events. Liability is limited to €5,000, unless the damage was caused intentionally or through gross negligence. The organizer does not provide insurance for participants. It is recommended that you take out your own insurance. All claims must be made in writing within 14 days of the event.

10. Place of Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

All disputes will be heard in a court in Leipzig. German law applies.

11. Contract and Changes

By registering, participants accept the terms and conditions and the contract. The organizer can make changes that must be confirmed in writing.
