reserves the right to change stand locations if reasonable.
4. Participation fees
The participation fee is based on the stand size as specified in the registration. All prices are net prices and do not include VAT. Late booking fees and additional costs will be charged separately. Individual discounts are possible.

In the case of joint stands, all exhibitors are jointly and severally liable.
6. Withdrawal & Non-Participation
Withdrawal after admission is excluded. In case of cancellation or non-appearance, the full price is due. If the stand is rented to someone else, a cancellation fee of 25% is to be paid. In case of force majeure, the price is reduced by 50%.

The exhibitor is responsible for the construction, equipment and operation of his stand. Premature dismantling is prohibited and will be subject to a contractual penalty.
